1 pkg (170 g) Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1-1/2 cups boiling water

1 can (14 oz / 398 mL) crushed pineapple, undrained

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 cup grated carrots

How do I make it ?

Step 1
DISSOLVE jelly powder and salt in boiling water. Add pineapple with juice and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened, about 45 minutes.
Step 2
FOLD in carrots. Pour into a 8-inch (20 cm) square pan. Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Step 3
TO serve, cut in squares and place on salad greens.
