Step 1
MIX hash browns, half of cheese and sour cream in a 9 in. (2.5L) baking dish. Top with mixed vegetables.
Step 2
COVER with tomatoes and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

BAKE at 350°F (180°C) for 60 minutes, or until completely cooked.
