Kraft Kitchen Tips!
How to Easily Remove Fudge from Pan
Line the empty pan with foil before using to make it easier to cut the fudge. Be sure to use enough foil to extend over the pan's edges. Then, use the foil handles to remove the cooled fudge from the pan before cutting into squares.
Fudge refrigerated longer than 2 hours may be too firm to cut. Let the fudge stand at room temperature about 30 min. to make cutting easier.
Fun Idea
For a fun Valentine's Day look, tint the white chocolate layer red. Just add about 6 drops of red food coloring to the melted white chocolate along with the peppermint candies.
