Chopped roasted turkey is mixed with gravy and frozen mixed vegetables, then topped with cheesy mashed potatoes for a deliciously satisfying dish that's perfect to serve on a cold day. 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) baking potatoes (about 3), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
3 cups finely chopped leftover roasted turkey
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas)
1/4 cup milk

Step 1
Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 12 to 15 min. or until tender.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic and thyme; cook, stirring frequently, 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add gravy, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Bring just to boil, stirring occasionally. Add turkey and mixed vegetables; stir. Cook and stir 5 min. Soon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Heat oven to 375°F. Drain potatoes; return to pan. Add cream cheese product and milk; mash until potatoes are desired consistency and mixture is well blended. Stir in Parmesan. Spoon over turkey mixture.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
