How do I make it ?

Step 1
GREASE 12 large muffin tins or line with paper baking cups.
Step 2
CREAM sugar, butter and eggs in large bowl until smooth. Stir in yogurt, poppy seeds and lemon rind.
Step 3
MIX flour and baking powder in a bowl; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups, filling each to the top.
Step 4
BAKE at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove muffins and cool on rack. Store in airtight container.
