1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's White Chocolate
6 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, divided

Step 1
Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave first 3 ingredients in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Step 2
Add dry pudding mix; stir with whisk 2 min. Add icing sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until blended. Stir in half the nuts; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Top with remaining nuts; press into fudge with back of spoon to secure.
Step 3
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into squares.

The last cup of icing sugar can be difficult to stir in. Feel free to use clean hands to "knead" it into the chocolate mixture until smooth.
Storage Know-How
Store cut-up fudge between sheets of parchment in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
