An easy barbecue sauce brings out the best in this delicious grilled salmon.

1 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
4 skin-on salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)

How do I make it ?
Mix all ingredients except salmon until blended; pour over salmon in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of salmon with barbecue sauce mixture.
Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade. Place salmon, skin sides down, on barbecue grate.
Grill 5 min. on each side or until salmon flakes easily with fork.

Prepare recipe as directed, using a salmon steak, and increasing the total grilling time to 15 min., turning the salmon after 8 min.
