Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 min. on each side or until cooked through.
Step 2
Combine Miracle Whip, rice, broth and chili powder; pour into skillet around chicken breasts. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and cheese; cook, covered, an additional 2 min. or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.
