Place milk, chocolate and mint extract in medium saucepan; cook on medium heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture just comes to boil, stirring constantly.
Pour into 4 mugs or coffee cups. Serve topped with thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping and garnished with Chocolate-Dipped Cinnamon Sticks (see Tip), if desired.

To help hot beverages stay hot, fill each mug with hot water before filling with the hot beverage. Let stand until mug is warmed. Discard the hot water just before filling with hot beverage of your choice.
Chocolate-Dipped Cinnamon Sticks
Melt 1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's White Chocolate or 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate as directed on package. Dip cinnamon sticks halfway into chocolate; let excess chocolate drip off. Place on wax paper-covered baking sheet. Let stand at room temperature or refrigerate 30 min. until chocolate is firm.
