1/4 cup each: Miracle Whip Original Spread, KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter and chicken broth

2 Tbsp. each: honey and soya sauce

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken, cut in bite-sized pieces or shrimp, peeled and deveined

Step 1
MIX all ingredients, except chicken or shrimp in a small bowl; pour into leakproof plastic bag.
Step 2
ADD chicken or shrimp, press out air and seal. (For chicken, marinate in refrigerator 12 hours or overnight; if using shrimp, marinate 1 hour.)
Step 3
THREAD 2 chicken cubes or 1 shrimp on each kabob skewer.
Step 4
PLACE kabobs on baking sheet; broil 4 minutes per side or until cooked.
