3/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese, divided

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Separate biscuits; press each into 4-inch round. Place 1 dough round in each of 10 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Combine egg product, peppers, onions and 1/4 cup cheese; spoon into cups.
Step 4
Bake 15 min. or until centres are set. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
