Combine the sweetness of blueberries with the tartness of rhubarb in this simple no-cook homemade jam. You'll be amazed at how easy homemade jam is to make!

What do I need ?

2-3/4 cups crushed blueberries
1-1/4 cups chopped rhubarb
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3-1/4 cups sugar
1 box Certo Light Pectin Crystals

How do I make it ?

Step 1
MEASURE prepared fruit and lemon juice into a large bowl. Measure sugar and set aside.
Step 2
COMBINE fruit pectin crystals with 1/4 cup of the measured sugar. Gradually add to fruit, stirring well.
Step 3
LET stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
ADD remaining sugar and continue to stir for 3 minutes until most of the sugar is dissolved.
Step 5
POUR into clean jars or plastic containers. Cover with tight lids and let stand at room temperature until set (may take 24 hours).
Step 6
STORE in freezer. If used within 3 weeks, jam may be stored in refrigerator.
