A no-cook jam full of bright summer flavours. Fresh mango and strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and pectin are combined for this scrumptious homemade jam.

What do I need ?

1 1/2 cups sliced and crushed mangos, (about 3 fully ripe mangos)
3/4 cup crushed strawberries
5 cups sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pouch Certo Liquid Pectin

How do I make it ?

Step 1
MEASURE prepared fruit into a large bowl.
Step 2
ADD sugar to fruit and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes.
Step 3
STIR in liquid fruit pectin and lemon juice.
Step 4
CONTINUE to stir for 3 minutes until most of the sugar is dissolved.
Step 5
POUR into clean jars or plastic containers. Cover with tight lids and let stand at room temperature until set (may take 24 hours).
Step 6
STORE in freezer. If used within 3 weeks, jam may be stored in refrigerator.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Use mangos with unblemished yellow skin, blushed with red. To ripen mangos, place them in a paper bag on the counter for a couple of days.
