2 lb. red potatoes (about 5 medium), unpeeled, cut into chunks
5 cloves garlic, peeled
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

How do I make it ?
Add potatoes and garlic to large saucepan boiling water; cook 20 min. or until tender. Drain; return to saucepan.
Mash potatoes and garlic with Miracle Whip and Parmesan cheese until light and fluffy.
Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
