Step 1
COOK macaroni in a large pot of boiling water for 8 minutes. Add carrots and zucchini and continue cooking for about 3 more minutes, or until pasta and vegetables are cooked. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
IN same saucepan, whisk together milk, flour and mustard; cook over medium heat, whisking until thick and smooth. Reduce heat and cook 2 minutes longer.
Step 3
STIR in macaroni, vegetables and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper.
