Step 1
Blend orange juice, vinegar, oil, sugar and orange peel in small bowl until well blended. Refrigerate until serving time.
Step 2
Mix salad greens, cucumber, oranges, walnuts and green onions in large salad bowl. Pour dressing mixture over salad; toss to coat well. Serve immediately.
