How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Beat egg, milk and oil with whisk until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
Step 3
Spoon into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Step 4
Bake 15 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.

Storage Know-How
To freeze, wrap completely cooled muffins in foil and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Remove from bag when ready to serve. Reheat foil-wrapped muffins at 350°F for 15 to 20 min. or just until warmed.
