Step 1
COMBINE cream and eggs in medium saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick (do not boil). Stir in cheese.
Step 2
SPLIT squash in half and remove seeds. Place cut side down in microwaveable dish with a little water. Microwave on HIGH power for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Let stand.
Step 3
SCOOP out squash onto serving plate. Top with broccoli and sauce. Garnish with chopped bacon, parsley and additional cheese.
