1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1/3 cup turbinado sugar, divided
1 Tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 fresh peaches (420 g), peeled, chopped
2 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)
2 Tbsp. milk
1/3 cup apricot jam

Step 1
Process flour, butter and cream cheese product in food processor until well blended. Shape into ball. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
Step 2
Heat oven to 400°F. Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface to 7-inch circle. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Mix 1/4 cup sugar, corn starch and cinnamon in large bowl. Add fruit; toss to coat. Spoon onto pastry to within 2 inches of edge; fold edge of pastry over fruit. Brush pastry with milk; sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake 30 min. or until pastry is golden brown.
Step 4
Microwave jam on HIGH 40 sec. or just until warmed; drizzle over fruit.
