Celebrate summer with our Peach Plum Jam. Made with ripe summer fruit, sugar and pectin, our homemade jam recipe is simple and delicious.

2 cups peeled, pitted and finely chopped peaches

2 cups pitted and finely chopped plums

7 cups sugar

1 pouch Certo Liquid Pectin

How do I make it ?

Step 1
MEASURE prepared fruit in a large saucepan. Step 2
ADD sugar to fruit and mix well. Step 3
PLACE saucepan over high heat. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Step 4
IMMEDIATELY stir in fruit pectin. Step 5
STIR and skim for 7 minutes to prevent floating fruit. Step 6
POUR quickly into warm, sterilized jars filling up to 1/4 inch from rim. Step 7
SEAL while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centres. Add To Shopping List
