3 cups shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. port wine
1/4 cup paprika
6 black olive slices
3 red pepper strips

How do I make it ?
Mix cheeses and wine until well blended; shape into ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly firm.
Shape wrapped cheese ball into oval shape to resemble a football. Unwrap; roll in paprika and place on serving plate. Decorate with olives for the "eyelets" and red pepper strips for the "laces." Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with your favourite Christie Crackers, apple and pear slices, or grape clusters.
