2 pkg. (250g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 cups fresh strawberries*, crushed
1 tub (500 mL) thawed Cool Whip or Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

Step 1
LINE a 9 X 5 inch (2 L) loaf pan with double thickness of waxed paper.
Step 2
BEAT cheese, sour cream and sugar until light in large bowl of electric mixer; fold in crushed berries.
Step 3
GENTLY fold topping into berry mixture. Spread into lined pan.
Step 4
COVER and freeze overnight.
Step 5
ONE hour before serving, place in refrigerator.
Step 6
TO serve, spoon sauce on dessert plates, top with sliced dessert.
