1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup grated Cracker Barrel Brick Cheese
1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
3 eggs

Step 1
MIX crumbs and cheese, sprinkle onto bottom and sides of greased muffin cups. Shake pan to remove excess crumbs.
Step 2
BEAT cream cheese, brick cheese, and flour with electric mixer until blended. Beat in eggs just until blended. Place 1 Tbsp (15 mL) mixture in each muffin cup.
Step 3
BAKE at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes or until set. (Tarts will puff during baking then deflate on cooling.) Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans; cool on wire rack. (Recipe makes 48 tarts - refrigerate remaining filling and bake additional tarts as muffin pan is available.)
