1/3 cup each: chopped Italian parsley, raisins and toasted sliced almonds
1/2 cup canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread or MIRACLE WHIP CALORIE-WISE Dressing
1/4 cup plain 2% yogurt
1 tsp. ground cumin
freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
