COMBINE ingredients, pre-blending Miracle Whip, yogurt and seasonings; chill.
To cook couscous, combine 1-1/2 cups boiling water with 1 cup couscous in medium bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min; fluff with fork. Cover and let stand 5 min.
