1-1/3 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 cup water
1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g), cut into bite-size pieces
2 red peppers, chopped
1 cup drained canned pineapple tidbits
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Spoon rice onto centres of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil with sides folded up slightly; pour 1/4 cup water over each. Top with remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Fold foil to make 4 packets.
Step 4
Grill 15 min. or until meat is done and rice is tender. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.

Add a dash of your favourite seasoning, such as garlic powder, crushed red pepper or Italian seasoning, to ingredients in each packet before grilling as directed.
