Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in Cool Whip; spread over sorbet.
Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Unmold dessert onto plate about 15 min. before serving; top with berries. Let stand until dessert is slightly softened before slicing to serve.
