1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup raisins
1 pkg. (284 g) fresh spinach, torn
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted

How do I make it ?
Bring dressing and raisins to boil in large saucepan.
Add spinach; cover. Cook on medium heat 1 min. Add carrots. Turn spinach with tongs so unwilted spinach is on bottom of pan; cook 1 min. or just until all the spinach is wilted.
Spoon into serving bowl; top with nuts.

Substitute dried cranberries for the raisins.
How to Toast the Almonds
Heat oven to 350°F. Spread nuts onto bottom of shallow pan. Bake 6 to 7 min. or until golden brown.
