1 can (14 oz / 398 mL) pineapple chunks
2 Tbsp. soya sauce
1 envelope Shake'N Bake BBQ Chicken Glaze Coating Mix
2 lb. pork spareribs, cut into single ribs
1 medium green pepper, cut into chunks

Step 1
DRAIN pineapple and measure 2 Tbsp (30 mL) juice. Add soya sauce.
Step 2
EMPTY coating mix into shaker bag. Moisten ribs in juice mixture and shake in coating mix until evenly coated. Arrange ribs in 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish.
Step 3
BAKE at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes. Top with pineapple chunks and green pepper. Bake 25 minutes longer.
