BBQ beef short ribs are falling-off-the-bone tender in this easy-to-make slow-cooker dish.

4 lb. (1.8 kg) beef short ribs
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup flour
1 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp. Heinz Yellow Mustard

How do I make it ?
Place ribs in slow cooker; top with onions, then combined remaining ingredients. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours). Transfer ribs to plate, reserving sauce in slow cooker; cover ribs to keep warm.
Skim excess fat from sauce; return ribs to sauce. Stir gently until evenly coated.

Serve with hot cooked vegetables and mashed potatoes.
Meats cooked in a slow cooker make great leftovers. Cover and refrigerate any leftover meat in the leftover sauce. When ready to reheat, remove and discard any fat from surface of sauce. Cook ribs and sauce in saucepan on medium-low heat until heated through (160°F), stirring frequently.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
