1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked

How do I make it ?
Place meat in slow cooker; top with onions.
Add barbecue sauce and broth; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).
Stir in remaining ingredients; cover. Cook 20 min.
