1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Blend strawberries in blender until smooth.
Step 2
Add boiling water to combined dry jelly powder and sugar in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add strawberry purée and club soda; mix well.
Step 3
Pour into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and mint sprigs just before serving.
Substitute
Substitute seltzer for the club soda.
