COMBINE flour and brown sugar, stir well to blend; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; knead until well blended. Press onto the bottom and 1/2 in. (1.5 cm) up sides of a 10 in. (25 cm) flan pan with removable bottom. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 min or until golden brown. Cool completely.
