1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 450-g pkg.), thawed

Step 1
Use pulsing action of food processor to process mushrooms until finely chopped. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 4 min. or until liquid is cooked off, stirring frequently. Cool 5 min.; stir in cheese and chives.
Step 2
Unfold pastry on lightly floured cutting board; spread with mushroom mixture. Cut crosswise into 3 strips.
Step 3
Roll in both short sides of one strip until coils meet in centre. Brush dough lightly with water in centre where coils meet; press lightly to secure. Place, upside down, on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pastry strips. Freeze 30 min.
Step 4
Heat oven to 425ºF. Transfer pastry rolls to cutting board. Cover baking sheet with parchment; spray with cooking spray. Cut each pastry roll crosswise into 6 pieces; place, cut sides down, on prepared baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake 16 to 18 min. or until lightly browned. Cool 1 min. Transfer to wire racks; cool completely.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
The folded pastry strips can be frozen up to 1 month. Thaw in refrigerator before cutting into pieces and baking as directed.
Storage Know-How
Cool any leftovers; place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Freeze up to 1 month. When ready to serve, heat oven to 375ºF. Place palmiers in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until heated through. (No need to thaw before baking.)
