4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp. nutmeg

How do I make it ?
COOK sweet potatoes until tender.
MASH potatoes with cream cheese, orange juice and nutmeg.
TRANSFER sweet potato mixture to an 8-cup (2 L) baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes or until mixture is piping hot. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg.
