1 lb. lean ground chicken
1 envelope Shake'N Bake Honey Garlic Glaze Coating Mix
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 can (14 oz / 398 mL) crushed pineapple, drained

How do I make it ?

Step 1
COMBINE ground chicken, 1/2 envelope coating mix, breadcrumbs and egg. Form into 24 meatballs. Shake in remaining coating mix.
Step 2
SPOON pineapple onto bottom of 13 x 9-inch (3.5L) baking dish. Arrange meatballs over top pineapple. Sprinkle any remaining coating mix over meatballs.
Step 3
BAKE at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
