6 cups French bread cubes (1/2 inch), divided
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Swiss Au Gratin Cheese, divided
1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
3/4 cup chopped red peppers
2 cups milk

How do I make it ?
Spread 3 cups bread cubes onto bottom of shallow 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of 1 cup cheese, chicken and red peppers. Cover with remaining bread cubes.
Whisk eggs, milk and mustard until blended; pour over ingredients in casserole dish. If necessary, use back of spoon to gently press bread cubes into egg mixture until evenly moistened. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Heat oven to 325°F. Bake strata 45 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
