1 tsp. corn starch
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
3 green chilies, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
1 lb. (450 g) tilapia fillets

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Mix first 9 ingredients until well blended.
Step 3
Heat oil in medium saucepan on high heat. Add next 5 ingredients, cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Stir in dressing mixture; pour over fish in 13x9-inch baking dish. Turn fish to coat both sides of each fillet; cover.
Step 4
Bake 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Gently transfer fish to serving dish; top with sauce.
