1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1 pkg. (350 g) extra-firm tofu, cubed
1 Tbsp. peanut oil
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
3 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch lengths
2-2/3 cups cooked long-grain brown rice, chilled
1 cup drained canned pineapple tidbits in juice
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Step 1
Pour dressing over tofu in shallow dish; stir gently to evenly coat tofu with dressing. Refrigerate 10 min.
Step 2
Drain tofu, reserving dressing. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add tofu; cook 3 to 4 min. or until golden brown on all sides, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet.
Step 3
Add peppers to skillet; cook and stir 2 min. Add onions; cook and stir 1 min. Add rice and pineapple; mix lightly. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Add tofu, nuts and reserved dressing; mix lightly. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Special Extra
Stir in 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil along with the nuts and/or 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper along with the tofu.
