5 cups shredded napa cabbage
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 cup roasted cashews, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup slivered red onions
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup Miracle WhipCalorie-Wise Spread
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

How do I make it ?
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix Miracle Whip and lime juice until blended.
Add to cabbage mixture; toss to coat.

Add cooked cleaned shrimp, shredded cooked chicken or pork, or tofu cubes to the slaw.
Combine cabbage, vegetables and cilantro. Mix Miracle Whip and lime juice. Refrigerate both separately up to 24 hours. Add Miracle Whip mixture and nuts to cabbage mixture just before serving; mix lightly.
