Fresh ground turkey is available year-round, so you don't have to wait for outdoor grilling season to enjoy these burgers. To prepare indoors, assemble patties as directed then place on broiler pan, 6 inches (15 cm) from heat, and cook 3 to 4 min. on each side. Burgers are cooked when a digital meat thermometer inserted into the patty registers 170ºF. Ground turkey is also delicious in spaghetti sauce!
