1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/4 cup each finely chopped carrots and red peppers
4 turkey cutlets (1 lb./450 g)
1 egg, beaten
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400°F.
Prepare stuffing as directed on package, adding vegetables to water with the stuffing mix.
Spread stuffing mixture onto turkey, just to within 1/4 inch of edges. Roll up each cutlet; tie with kitchen string to secure. Dip in egg then in coating mix, tunring to evenly coat each roll-up. Place on baking sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until done (170°F). Remove string before serving.
