Cook patties in large skillet as directed on package. Remove patties from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add peppers to skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add pasta sauce, olives and capers; mix well.
Return patties to skillet; top with cheeses. Cover; cook 2 min. or until shredded cheese is melted and pasta sauce mixture is heated through.

Cool, then refrigerate any leftovers. Use the next day to prepare delicious sandwiches. Just reheat the patties in the microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until heated through. Serve in toasted sandwich buns along with your favourite sandwich fixings, such as lettuce leaves, tomato slices and your favourite flavour of Kraft Singles Cheese Slices.
For added colour and flavour, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
