250 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained
Microwave Velveeta and tomatoes in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring every 2 min.
Step 2
Add spinach and crushed pepper; mix well. Microwave 2 min. or until heated through; stir.
Step 3
Serve with crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
